The LT Fit Team is able to assess each client's fitness level so that together they can create measurable goals and track progress over time. If you are looking for group training or one on one training in Ajax, you can choose from a wide variety of programs, including strength training, body building, functional training, online fitness training, and partner training. LT Fit workouts are for everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes, and the team is dedicated to helping each client achieve their fitness goals and maximize their time spent on workouts.

If your schedule is tight and you need to be flexible with your workout times, in home personal training can work best for you to work towards your fitness goals. Train with a family member or friend together and save money on your session prices, the second person gets 50% off and it's up to you how you split the cost.

LT Fit Nutrition Health Coaching program is designed to work with clients 1 on 1 or in a group.  The great thing about health coach is we can meet in person or on the computer to help you reach your goals.  If you are struggling with weight loss, body-fat, knowledge of nutrition, or accountability, this program is prefect for you.

Boot Camp sessions are held twice a week at the gym and are designed for all fitness levels. These sessions will work every muscle in your body for accelerated results. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up or just stay in shape, you will receive the support and expert designed workouts to be successful.
