You'll have a friendly and encouraging environment behind your back, you'll get access to unlimited trainer-led sessions and receive a super simple and easy to follow meal plan which will kick those results into gear.  PLUS each workout is only 35 minutes, so you don't have to spend all day working out unlike at a gym. Even more is that you will get support and answers to your questions whenever you need  it.

Each session is held indoors and contains fun, and quick exercises that work to burn the most amount of fat and tighten up each area of your body. You are aiming to burn the maximum amount of calories as possible in a high intensity interval type training workout along with many resistance exercise movements to help build and develop muscle tone.  These elements help to remove that ugly and stubborn fat. Each session is ended with relaxing stretching.  Nutritional guidance and a meal plan is provided to get you started on the right track. Adjustments specific to you are made when needed.   You also receive coaching, motivation and accountability. Whenever you are unsure of something or need help regarding the program, you are advised to ask to make sure no one is ever confused. And when all these are put together you have a recipe for success!  Most importantly we are all about having a bit of fun while seeing great results!

If I am out of shape can I still do the program?Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level. 

Does it include a nutrition plan too? Yes, we will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals. 

How long are the sessions? Classes are 30 - 60 minutes long.  

How can I fit this program into my schedule? You can come to any of our boot camp sessions as often as you like during the 6 weeks.  You are not locked in to a particular time and there are no set times you must attend.
