Why the Rowing Machine for Fitness? 

Today I want to tell you about my favorite cardio machine. It’s the rowing machine. 

 Here are three reasons why it's my favorite machine for cardio and should be yours as well. 

  • Reason number one: It's easy on the joints. If you run outside or run on a treadmill it's going be bad on your joints, but if you use the rowing machine

           it's low impact. 

  •  Reason number two: It's a total body movement. If you're looking to burn fat the rowing machine is the machine you want to be using. You're going to burn a lot of

           fat because you are using every muscle in your body. 

  •  Reason number three: it's easy to use. You don't need any special instructions. All you need to do is get on the machine and row.  Now, it might take a little time to get the  coordination down.  But it’s definitely not rocket science.   Hope you enjoyed this fitness tip.
